National Honor Society
The National Honor Society (NHS) is an organization designed to develop a spirit of community among academically motivated students. The purpose of the Palmer Ridge National Honor Society is to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render meaningful service, to promote leadership, and to develop character among NHS members and the Palmer Ridge High School community. Selection for membership is based on outstanding scholarship, character, leadership, and service.

Meetings
General Assembly meetings are held every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00 am in the Sunset room. Members must make attendance and punctuality a priority. In the event of a snow day/2-hour delay, NHS meetings will be moved to the next day at their regularly scheduled time and location.
